A nice fella by the name of Bob Mosher was working with a catering company whose specialty was a pizza-topped bagel. He noticed that party guests couldn’t get enough of the little guys.

Bob mentioned this to his pal, Stan Garczynski, and together they introduced the rest of the world to pizza bagels.

We—that would be the H.J. Heinz Company—bought the company in 1991.

We mix our bagel dough every day on site, using whole grain and other high-quality ingredients. And we make our tomato sauce from scratch in a big pot.
